You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Nominal shipping charges are applicable.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.


3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track your shipment directly from our website.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and ensure a resolution as soon as possible.

  1. Take a clear video of the product and packaging.

Kaosiss Shipping Policy – Canada

Free & Flat-Rate Shipping

Enjoy free Canada-wide shipping on orders $99.99 and above (some exceptions apply).

For orders not meeting free shipping criteria, shipping is available at province-specific flat rates:

  • Ontario & Quebec: $9.99

  • Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Saskatchewan: $14.99

  • Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon: $19.99

  • Nunavut: $29.99


Additional Charges & Exceptions

Some items may not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping.
Additional charges may apply depending on the province.
Large/team orders may also incur extra shipping charges at our discretion.


Order Processing & Delivery

  • Processing: 1–3 business days (5–10 business days during sale periods)

  • Delivery: Ontario – 1–3 business days; Canada-wide – 5–7 business days

Orders are processed and shipped from our Distribution Center within 1–3 business days (non-peak season).
Please note that processing and delivery timelines are not guaranteed and exclude statutory holidays.


Shipping Services Used

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, and FleetOptics.
The shipping name displayed at checkout may differ from the actual carrier, as we select carriers at our discretion.


Important Notes

  • Kaosiss manages orders until they are handed over to the shipping carrier. After that, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

  • We are not liable for incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

  • If an order is returned to us by the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Kaosiss is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery — customers are responsible for ensuring safe package receipt.
