1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • The product must include all tags, labels, and accessories (if any).

Note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for size or style issues within the return window.
If the requested size/style is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or amount in your cart.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or personalized shoes

  • Gift cards


5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
